Horchata revival

Today I made a new batch. The same recipe as before but this time I passed through a bigger holed sieve, before a smaller holed one and then into the nut bag which always seemed the messier bit of the process. This time however, I massaged the bag back and forth between hands and this made a massive difference in the time to process it. What a result and these three sieves make it a much smoother drink. Yum!
